Tasting notes a wine that embodies all of the character of the Tempranillo variety. An intense picota cherry colour; very expressive, with notes of fruit, vanilla and caramel. A long and well constituted wine.
Summary a single-variety wine, the Tempranillo grapes were hand selected and picked. After a long and intense maceration, we decided to age this wine in the cask for several months.
